We have a 10-day dispute policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to open a dispute for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with pictures if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not offer refunds for customers' errors when choosing shoe sizes. Therefore, please use the size chart on our website to ensure that you choose the correct size. It is recommended that you select your size according to your foot length instead of the US and Eur size conversion.
To start a dispute, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your dispute is eligible for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note that we do not handle returns, therefore we encourage you to donate the unwanted item/items to a local charity or recycle it.
